Host
Our Host is the first person our guests see. They are also the last. That makes YOU the face of the restaurant! As our host, you will be expected to be a contributing member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Greet our guests in an enthusiastic and excited manner to set the tone for a positive and memorable experience!
- Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant
- Seat guests at their own pace, instructing how to use the QR code to once the table is seated.
- Communicate with servers and managers regarding availability of tables, seating of large parties, or special requests so that guests receive seamless service.
- Coordinate a guest list as well as reservation platform.
- Respond to guests’ issues to the best of your abilities to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Always informing a manager.
- Answering the phone, taking to go orders and reservations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
- Basic computer skills.

Line Cook
Lansdowne Pub, Fenway's legendary and renowned Irish Pub and one of Boston's best destinations for great food and live entertainment is looking to add qualified, positive and motivated line cooks to our team! Line Cooks Wanted Full &/or Part Time:
Flexibility is must for full time team members as we often do private events and parties and some hours of operation are dictated by the Red Sox's home schedule.
Some daily responsibilities include: proper set up for service segment or event, prep of station and or bulk prep, execution of menu items using standards and plating guide specifications, triaging workload with the rest of the kitchen staff and making sure every plate you prepare leaves the kitchen perfectly seasoned and plated.
Key skills include:
- Knife Skills
- Critical thinking and a drive to work in a successful team environment in a busy restaurant
- The ability to maintain composure in a high stress environment
- Maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
