Server

Servers are an essential part of our service. Being a member of our serving team, you will be expected to create a memorable guest experience through your personality and job knowledge as well as to be a contributing member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.

EXPECTATIONS:

• Do all that it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Make great food and beverage recommendations and answer all menu related questions.
• Serve delicious items in an efficient manner.

• Practice responsible service of alcohol.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each table regularly and anticipating guest needs.
• Seek job knowledge and training.

REQUIREMENTS:

• The ability to work in a high-volume fast paced environment.
• Be able to listen, understand and respond to team members and guests.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job. Carrying multiple plates, glasses, & trays.
• The levelheadedness to stay calm under pressure.
• Coordination using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls.
